Returns and changes

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22nd May 1999, the customer can back out of the contract and return the goods within 10 days from the receiving, informing Riso Scotti Spa in writing, with a recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery. Such letter should contain the codes of the products that the customer wants to return, as well as the methods preferred for the refund of the amount paid (money order, wire transfer, etc.) and the possible bank details. The products will have to be returned by the consumer to the same address used for the recorded delivery letter and should be substantially intact. Once the goods have been received and controlled, we’ll credit to the customer the cost of the returned products as soon as possible. When needed, we’ll hold back the amount of the shipment cost, that will have to be borne by the costumer.
