Ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of Rice Bread and Pizza mix
350 cc of water
2 table spoons of Rice Oil
Rosemary
PREPARATION
Mix the ingredients to obtain smooth and uniform dough. Cover with a slightly damp kitchen cloth and allow leavening in a warm place for approximately one hour until it has almost doubled in volume.
Butter a baking-pan, spread the dough at approximately ½ cm thick and press with fingers to form small indentations. Add oil and rosemary to taste.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 340° for approximately 20 minutes.
