| INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY International delivery is guaranteed in the following Countries: United Kingdom, Denmark, France, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Czech Republic. Delivery costs are on the customer and are automatically calculated by our system when the order is placed. Delivery time is estimated to be within 5 - 6 working days from the moment the order is carried out. The above delivery time is listed as a guideline only and it is valid if impediments of any sort don't exist. MINIMUM AMOUNT OF ORDER Minimum amount of order (price of items, delivery costs not included) for each purchase at our e-shop is 60,00 Euros for orders outside Italy and 25,00 Euros for orders within Italy. PAYMENT Payment by credit cards you find listed in the order form. Safety of payement is ensured by an encrypted system of protection codes and processed through the bank system. Your on-line payment is therefore as safe as a credit card payment made through a POS terminal. REFUND Purchaser will take care of sending back the products. Products must be returned to Riso Scotti in un-used condition and in their original packages - to the same address of the recorded-delivery letter. Please be sure to package well. Upon receiving returned goods, Riso Scotti will inspect the returned purchased and refund your money as soon as possible. Please allow us a few days for processing. If the item has signs of wear, is damaged or unsellable for any reason, the item will be sent back to you. Delivery charges will not be refunded. |
